Yoga Oceanside Policies
Class Series:
There are no refunds for class series purchased. However, we will gladly extend your expiration date or transfer classes to a family member or friend, due to long term illness or injury. Please inform the studio as soon as possible upon diagnosis of illness or injury.
Class Series Expiration:
If your class series expires, you may reactivate the expired classes by purchasing a new class series.
Workshop and Special Class/Event:
There are no refunds given after the workshop or special class/event has begun. In the event you cannot attend and notify us at least 72 hours in advance a refund is issued. If notification occurs within 72 hours of the event you will receive a credit to your Yoga Oceanside student account. If you are pre-registered and the workshop is cancelled, you will receive notification by telephone. On the day of the event, online registration is unavailable. Please register at the door.
Monthly Memberships:
Monthly Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. In case of long term illness or injury monthly memberships can be extended. Please inform the studio as soon as possible upon diagnosis of illness or injury. You can also put your membership on hold for an extended vacation or business travel over 2 weeks. If you cancel and restart later, the $35 annual dues will be required. To cancel, extend or put your membership on hold, all requests must be made in writing to info@yogaoceanside.com
Boutique Purchases:
Returns and exchanges within 14 days for boutique credit only. Sorry, no cash refunds. Tags must still be on clothing in order to return. All discounted items are a final sale. No returns/refunds for yoga mats and eye pillows.
Special note for all refunds via credit/debit card:
Due to our cost in processing a refund in case of your cancellation, we will deduct a charge of $5 for all credit/debit card refunds.
